Shipping and Returns

​​UK domestic shipping​


For purchases over £150, shipping within the UK is free.​

​

We aim to ship within 3-5 working days. If there is a delay on the artwork you have ordered we will contact you.

 

International Shipping

 

We are happy to ship internationally but please do contact us so we can find the best shipping solution for you. If you are based outside of the UK please contact info@karenmorganart.com with the artwork name you are interested in and your shipping address - we will be happy to give you a specific shipping quote based on your order and location. If you wish to proceed with the order we will raise an invoice with the shipping included. Once payment has been received we will dispatch your order.​

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

​

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

​

Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

​

In the case of a delay in delivery please contact us at info@karenmorganart.com and we will provide you with your tracking number to enable you to chase with the shipping company.

​

On delivery the items will be in your responsibility. Therefore please check the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the items. In the event of damage, please make a visual documentation as well as a note on the delivery slip and contact both the shipping company and Karen Morgan Art on info@karenmorganart.com.​​

Shipping Fees

​

All pieces will be shipped by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

​

Customs and Import Taxes

 

Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply. If you do not pay them, your parcel may be returned to Karen Morgan Art or even destroyed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

UK Returns

​​

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt and have the return agreed with Karen Morgan Art.  To be eligible for a full refund, your purchase must be returned to Karen Morgan Art in its original condition and in the original packaging where possible, or equivalent, and undamaged in any way within 14 days. For your records, we advise that you obtain proof of delivery using a trackable service. Any non-fault goods returns must be discussed with us in full before returning and the buyer must cover the expense of such returns and these costs are non-refundable. Email us at info@karenmorganart.comWe can arrange collection from you with our courier and this will be fully chargeable to yourself and non-refundable.

If the item has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  We normally refund an item within 7-10 days of receipt. Please note that after 14 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed by the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note Karen Morgan Art is not responsible for items lost in transit during return, even if the service is provided by a courier service.

International Returns

Please email info@karenmorganart.com prior to sending an international return to have the return agreed by us. You must email us within 7 days of having received the item. You can then make arrangements to have the item posted by courier/tracked and/or signed delivery back to us within 14 days of having received the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise international returns including a non-refundable payment for any delivery charges and duty incurred. Duty charges incurred on our part will be deducted from any refund due.

All items should be returned in the original packaging where possible, or equivalent, and must be in fully resalable condition.

​

Please note Karen Morgan Art is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Refunds are processed by the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.​

Cancellation by us

​

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

​

  • We do not deliver in your area

  • One or more of the goods you ordered were listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error

  • One or more of the goods you ordered has sold prior to Karen Morgan Art receiving your order

​

If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.

Cancellation by you

​

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you order, by contacting Karen Morgan Art at info@karenmorganart.com.

​

In the instance that these products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact Karen Morgan Art, you may return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund excluding delivery charges. 

Damaged Goods

​

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged please contact us within 5 days at info@karenmorganart.com and send visual evidence (photographs) of both the damaged goods and packaging. Goods may only be returned to us with prior agreement by emailing info@karenmorganart.com.

Lost or Missing Items

 

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you, but we cannot be held responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery to the delivery address you supplied to us at the time of your order.

​

All packages will require a signature and we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages. If the package is returned to us and has to be resent, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the client and must be paid prior to re-shipment.

Bespoke items

​

Please be aware that bespoke items cannot be included in the standard returns and order cancellation policies as these items are made to your individual specification. Karen Morgan Art is unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations 48 hours after the order has been placed and the non-refundable deposit has been paid.
